Fairhome Property Group enables and facilitates collaborative partnership working to coordinate the provision of specialist housing working with Local Authorities and registered Housing Associations.

This means we are able to source, and develop the right property solutions in communities for vulnerable adults to live independently and improve wellbeing.

One of Fairhome’s specialisms is the provisioning of empty dwellings to rejuvenate neighbourhoods. With over 250,000 long-term empty dwellings across England, our specialists teams are adept at sourcing and redeveloping existing properties that otherwise might have remained empty.

Our specialist in-house teams co-ordinate the investment and development from end to end, which means we are able to source the right homes in line with the requirements of our partners. Our person-centred approach means that we search for, and develop, the right property designed around the needs of the person living there, and the care/support services to be delivered. We create homes we can all be proud of. To date, we have provided accommodation to over 5,500 individuals.
