Belmont Terrace in the North West is a semi-detached house of solid brick construction built in 1887. The property includes an enclosed front garden area, with a patio to the rear of the building.
In 2018/2019, we worked alongside our partners to renovate Belmont Terrace and update the building to provide a comfortable environment for three people living on a shared basis.
For this scheme, the team undertook a full refurbishment, including enabling works and drainage.
