Job Summary

Fairhome Investments part of Fairhome Group are seeking an accomplished candidate within the industry, preferably an experienced property sales or estate agent with proven track record in generating new business. Able to function in a fast paced, enthusiastic environment in a team that aims to exceed company targets.

A passionate, enthusiastic, motivated, driven and target-orientated people person, looking to work with like-minded people and fit within the company mentality. Able to actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholder with high service expectations to add value to the office and the company.

The role will include working within our internal Sales Department to source appropriate properties to fulfil referral requirements nationwide. This will be a demanding role with the opportunity to develop and progress.

Key responsibilities

  • Understanding stakeholder requirements and sourcing property as appropriate
  • Utilising own existing network to aid in property sourcing for a fast-growing property development company
  • Achieving company sales targets and meeting deadlines
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Managing & responsible for internal CRM database
  • Manage property database
  • Attending local viewings / possible overnight visits
  • Complete site viewing feedback reports

The skills you will need to be successful in this role

Essential Criteria

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience within property sales
  • Results driven, always meets deadlines
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
  • Strong Planning and organisation skills
  • Full driving licence
  • IT literate – minimum of intermediate Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Self-confident and independent minded
  • Ability to think ‘outside the box’
  • Self-starter – a decision maker / able to work on own initiative
  • A team player and able to form collaborative work groups both outside and within the Company
  • External property agents and potential property operators / developers
  • Solicitors
  • Local Authorities and Statutory Bodies

Desirable Criteria

  • Degree or Accredit diploma
  • Existing network
  • Knowledge of the care sector an advantage
  • Knowledge of database management a distinct advantage.
  • An understanding of the legal processes and Landlord and Tenant Act.
  • A fundamental knowledge of construction would be advantageous

Salary: 25k – 35k depending on experience

Attractive benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, fully expensed restaurant, bar, gym and leisure facilities.

Location: Working from state-of-the-art offices in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester. Although occasional site visits may be required across England.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of Work: Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. There is potential for flexibility with start and finish times (to be agreed at interview).
