On 15th October, Fairhome Group PLC Executive Chairman, John Russell and Non-Executive Director, Colin Gore spent a night under the stars at the Lancashire County Cricket Club.
The sleepout was one of numerous regional events undertaken in a bid to help tackle homelessness and poverty across the country.
John and Colin were joined by a collection of business leaders from across Greater Manchester, including Noel Tracey of Northern Healthcare, who helped with the fundraising.
Colin handed out cheques to some of the charities who will benefit from the sleepout.
Within the Manchester area alone, the campaign raised more than £70,000. The Fairhome Group raised over £5,000 for the pot – so a big thank you to all who donated.
The next CEO sleepout is 4th November 2019 and will be held at the same location of Lancashire County Cricket Club.
